Self-initiated project
Art/Creative Direction, Graphic Design and Illustration: Michael Philip

This poster was a self-initiated project for a family member’s birthday and graduation party. As a gift, I designed an illustration that features characters of his favorite game - ‘Ni No Kuni’ - and included him in his academic regalia.

The illustration started as a pencil sketch; I then traced the line art and colored each shape in Illustrator. Texture was added in Photoshop, and then the image was transferred back into Illustrator for poster design.
